How the pages earn their keep

Writing in English costs time, and so does keeping a site running. At some point this domain may send a reader on to an online shop in the United States, and if that reader then places an order, that shop might then send our company a cut of the order. Today none of the pages carries such a link. If that changes, the page involved will say so plainly, and the reader will always pay the shop's own price.

The day sheets describe habits for organizing a day and keeping attention steady. They cannot stand in for an appointment with a clinician, and nothing in them should change a plan your own doctor has made with you.
